CORNBREAD

Prep:  10 minutes *  Cook: 15 to 20 minutes * Serves: 8 to 10

2—boxes cornbread mix

1—egg per box used

1/3 cup milk per box used

Mix ingredients and place in pan and place on top of trivet and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.

You may want to add some chopped Jalapeno’s for flavor.
