Dutch Oven Training Demo at Gander Mountain

Here are some pics from the gander Mountain store in Utica, NY on May 7, 2005.

I set up outside of the store and cooked Biscuits, Pizza, and Peach Cobbler. At times there was a crowd around the activity and had some good opportunities to instruct on DO cooking techniques as well as the care and feeding of a DO.
